Terms of sale
Payment:
The bidder is expected to submit payment
within 10 days of the closing date of the auction. If the bidder fails to submit
payment within this time period, the auction is void and the item may be offered
to the next highest bidder and/or re-listed. If the item is unpaid, we will file
for a refund with the auction service provider, which may result in a negative
feedback on your account and/or the subsequent termination of your account. We
prefer PayPal and eBay Online payments but also accept cashiers checks, money
orders and personal checks. If paying by PayPal, we ship to a confirmed or
verified address ONLY if order is greater than one-hundred dollars. If paying
by personal check through the mail, we will ship ONLY after your check has
cleared our bank.
NO EXPORT:
Current written agreements we have with
some manufacturers and providers prohibit export. All items are offered for
sale ONLY TO US RESIDENTS and to those residents of Puerto Rico, the US
Virgin Islands, and other US territories.
Warranty:
Items we sell at auction are NEW (unless stated otherwise in the item
description) and include a 7 Day Warranty from the date of receipt. USED items
are "Sold As Is" (without warranty) and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Authorization is required for the return of any item under the 7 Day
Warranty. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Please
verify your order immediately upon receipt for accuracy. If we are unable to
repair or supply a replacement, the final bid price of the item will be
refunded. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please call or
e-mail your questions
before bidding and before the auction closes ~ especially, if you are in doubt
about the functionality of a product we offer.
Shipping:
All items sold at auction are sold "Where Is". Shipping and handling
expenses are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Your complete physical
street address is required. Please include your phone number with your shipping
information. Local pickup is not available. We primarily ship via United Parcel
Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) but, on occasion, we're forced to use
truck-line freight for heavy or oversized items. Multiple small items may be
combined to conserve labor and shipping materials.
Sales Tax:
Items shipped to recipients within the state of North Carolina are subject
to 7% State Sales Tax. In-state buyers who wish to purchase for resale must
submit a copy of their valid North Carolina state resale certificate prior to
the completion of the sale.
Notice of Shipment & Feedback:
You will receive an emailed notice when your order is shipped. Please allow
sufficient time for the package to be delivered. If you encounter problems
concerning your shipment ~ the feedback forum is NOT THE PLACE TO RESOLVE THOSE
ISSUES ~

Arcadia Marketing shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the
use or misuse of any product we sell. Arcadia Marketing shall not be held liable
for any damages that may occur due to non-delivery or non-availability of any
product we offer or sell. Arcadia Marketing reserves the right to refuse to do
business with anyone.
By bidding or purchasing any item sold at auction from Arcadia Marketing, the
buyer agrees to the terms of sale as described herein.
